Online Payments
JPD currently offers 3 convenient ways to pay fees: Online, Mail in and In person
Can be made through the following link and must be paid with accepted credit cards.

All credit and debit cards are accepted for online or in person payments.
Convenience fees are in addition to the amount(s) owed and are calculated as follows:- A 2.19% convenience fee will be charged for credit card payments using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express
- A fixed $2.95 convenience fee will be charged for debit card payments using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express
Mailed In payments
The payment should indicate the juvenile’s name, date of birth and/or personal identification number (PID). A receipt of payment will be mailed. If you do not receive a receipt, please notify the Accounting Unit via email at jpdaccounting.gem@epcounty.com or call (915) 273-3491 ext. 2270

In Person Payments
Cashier office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30p.m. and closed from 12:00-12:30 pm for lunch.
Types of Payments accepted are Cash, cashier’s check, money orders and credit cards. Cashier’s checks and money orders are to be made payable to El Paso County Juvenile Probation Department. (Please see above for accepted credit cards and applicable fees).

Accounting section consists of five major functions:
The unit processes all personnel action forms for all employee changes and monitors/reviews payroll through the County’s Workforce Central Software (KRONOS).
The unit processes vouchers for payment and submits them to the County Auditor’s Office.
The unit budgets and manages the Department accounts that are regulated through the Texas Juvenile Justice Department (TJJD), Criminal Justice Division (CJD) and the County of El Paso.
The unit accounts for the Departments fixed assets
The unit collects all fees associated with probation/supervision, court costs, victim restitution and all employee reimbursements to the County of El Paso. Fees are recorded using the Texas Juvenile Justice Department Caseworker.
